Worst hotel in Mussoorie

Please don't book this hotel online or offline as I have book this hotel via make my trip on 2-4 October by paying just ₹1 but they do cyber crime with their costumers as they call you in your phone daily 2-3 times per day saying please book your room by paying ₹3000 or half of the money of the total cost of the room as I have booked their room for 2 days so my total cost of rooms for 2 days cost around ₹6240 and I have paid ₹1 through the mmt app but at the next morning the staff of the hotel call me that to book your room you have to pay a minimum amount of ₹3000 which is not required in any of the hotel and it is a crime. The hotel can say to book your room but it will not cost you as much it will just cost ₹1000 to book the hotel room and pending amount should be paid at the visit of the hotel. But, here in this hotel this rule is not applied. Many of you say by reading this reviews that why you have not complaint against this hotel but I have done all of this and I have complaint against this hotel to the local police about this fraud that is happening in the queen of Uttarakhand but as expected by the local authority there is no warning or arrest by the local police. So,as per my suggestions if you have a good budget then try to avoid this hotel as they pretend to be most cheaper in Mussoorie but they do cyber frauds against their costumers and change their rate of rooms day-by-day. They will book your hotel room saying that it will cost just ₹560 per day but at the next day when you want to leave for one another as it is the most cheapest hotel in Mussoorie everyone want to stay for one more day but as you contact to their costumer service of this hotel they will say you that it will cost around ₹760 per day from now, and they increase their price of their rooms like this day-to-day. The rooms are also not cleaned daily and many of their rooms are not up to the mark. The room service is extremely poor not even a single person of the hotel come to the room for checking of their costumers that they required something or not. So, if you are coming from Dehradun for visiting Mussoorie my suggestions is that please stay in Dehradun only and you can easily come from Dehradun to Mussoorie as the distance is just 23km from Dehradun because in Mussoorie not this hotels have this problem but all the hotels that are situated in Mussoorie are doing such type of frauds with their costumers frequently and even there is no control of state government over this issues as police also don't want to take actions against this hotel regulators.

Hotel is at steep climb from Mall road.Not recommended for elderly or people with heart problem.Shower is not working in any washrooms.The fan regulator does not work.You either have it at full speed or sleep without fan.There is no intercom.Also you need to park vehicle outside mall road for extra 400 bucks per day and then carry your luggage steep down to hotel n back with steep climb. Don't think the blankets are given for laundry after use.Rooms are dumpy and windows and curtains full of dust.Room is not given for check in till 1 pm.

Very Very Bad position of hotel.... No communication is available.... I've booked this hotel for 3days via Yatra.com,but when I reached.... Terrible experience to reach the hotel..... So.. Within few hours I'hv check out frm this hotel & go for another far better one.

I booked this hotel since it was at a reasonable price during June peak season and closeness to Mall Road. However there is steep climb from hotel to reach Mall Road, hence would not recommend it for elders. Hotel rooms were not clean as what I expected due to the budget price and Bathroom was pathetic and smelly. This hotel need to work on cleanliness even if it is a budget hotel. The food was good which is a plus point along with the price.

We paid around 600rs for a room and it was with a view. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They were really happy to help us with everything we needed. If you expect luxury at this price then you must be really stupid. The place is great at this price.
